No preview thumbnails + preview error (export works)

I’m using Topaz Video AI version 1.3.2 on an RTX 4070. My NVIDIA driver is the latest Studio driver. I’m facing the following issues:

  1. No thumbnails appear in the source panel for imported videos.

  2. FXAA is already turned off in the NVIDIA control panel.

  3. When I try to preview a video, it gives an error directly. However, exporting the video works normally.

The logs are showing that the app is not authenticated correctly and is running into multiple issues with accessing file paths and model resources.

The installation of the app looks to be corrupted in some aspects, would recommend a clean install of an actual release of the app as we did not release a version 1.3.2 and then logging in with a subscription.
