After running several tests, not a single output video converted with Starlight Sharp using cloud processing included the sound from the original input video. This holds true using both “copy” and “convert” options in the Codecs menu.

To gather logs, please open Topaz Video and select Help > Logging > Get Logs for Support and attach the zip file to your reply.
I sent two files for Starlight standard processing. One came back stripped of the audio and the other came back fine. Settings were identical for both. I’ll send the logs to the email address in case you find them helpful.
