I used Starlight Precise 2.6 in the cloud. Video is fine, but unfortunately without sound. To be exact, the sound comes AFTER the video ended. But I cannot use it. Final Cut Pro only sees the video file…
When sending the file to the cloud, do you have the Audio Mode in the codec settings set to Copy or Convert? The team is investigating some reports of the audio not being copied over directly and instead being dropped but the video being processed.
