[NAME LAYERS] - Ability to rename enhancement layers and save the individual layer settings

In v2.4 the same enhancement can be added multiple times for individually masked ares of the image.
The ability to rename individual enhancement layers to something meaningful would be quite usefull especially if, there was an ability to also optionally save the enhancement settings and recall them if editing the same inage again.
