Moving window doesn't work with WIN+arrow

Fine Moving window doens’t work with WIN+arrow linke i can move the explorer window from left to right / in the left or right upper/ below corner etc

Steps to reproduce issue:

  1. Step 1 click in window
  2. Step 2 tap WIN + arrow
  3. Step 3 window doesn’t move

Still a problem in Topaz Photo AI v2.0.1
Win-left and win-right work fine in Topaz Video AI, so this is something that needs to be fixed, as we don’t want the application covering the whole screen on a widescreen monitor when you need to drag files onto it.
