Manually install starlight models?

Hey guys!

Is it possible to download & install starlight models manually?

I can’t install all starlight models by itself. If starlight mini is installed then precise 2.5 dies (the big red error when exporting). I’m guessing its installation related problem, so I’m wondering if there is any way I can do it manually instead of waiting for it to fix itself (plus my current internet sucks).

The Starlight models need to be downloaded from inside the app. If you are having issues in the app, can you send a screenshot of what you are seeing and the logs to the support team at help@topazlabs.com and we can investigate.

To gather logs, please select Help > Logging > Get Logs for Support and attach the zip file to your reply.
