I used NVENC.
GPU utilization depends on a lot of factors, including the different models used and the parameters you are using.
Make sure that you have your memory usage set to high. This can be found by navigating to File > Preferences and will be the second option under AI Processor.
If you are seeing the same utilization regardless of resolution, encoder, filter, etc, let me know.
It’s always set to High. even by default.
