Guys,
I have to say that I’m really angry about the fact that I have bought this SW,
and every time I start that program I have to re-activate it.
If I’m offline for a longer time - which is often - I cannot use this SW any longer until, I get an internet connection.
Previously that was not the case.
Your SW is getting useless for me, if that continues.
If I activate once, it HAS TO STAY ACTIVATED. LIKE ALL OTHER SWs,
Why can’t you do it like them ?

Have you recently been able to log into your account in a web browser?
If so then Photo AI should also connect to your account. If it does not, please make sure you do not have any VPN, proxy servers, or anti-virus software running that can cause connection issues for the apps to reach our servers.
You can also clear your cookies and cache in the web browser you use and then log back in before clicking the activate option in the app.
It is important to note that Photo AI will ask you to activate every 6 months. Also, do you happen to be using a registry cleaner? These applications can delete the authentication so that the application is logged out. Please avoid using a registry cleaner in that case.
