I currently have 200 images batch processing in DeNoise and each one is taking about 2mins to process, but while this is going on, I can’t get back in to Lightroom at all (showing as not responding in activity monitor on osx. I’d like to still be able to do some work as there’s definitely other things I could be doing with other unrelated images. Is this a known behaviour?
If you are calling DeNoise from Lightroom I believe that if you are using an external editor Liightroom will wait until the process is finished. Any external editor that is.
You can run DeNoise as a separate process outside of Lightroom by loading the images into a folder and use that as input. You would then need to synchronize in LR after DeNoise is finished.
