this picture was taken about 1925 when the Legislative Palace was getting ready to be inaugurated. pictures where taken while it was under construction since as i mentioned the investment almost took our tiny country into default. so not only pictures where taken while it was beeing constructed, all the people that came into the main inauguration was allowed unrestricted access to all the building to show where all the money has gone into. (even that as always much of the money ended up on croocked politicians bank accounts) i will post a 2015 picture of the same hallway in Scenery and Architecture but of course in color.
