I subscribed to Topaz AI for video for about a year. Then I had some issues upgrading, so I did not pursue it. Right now, the hard drive for my computer is failing and I need to send it in for warranty and get it replaced. When I get a new hard drive and reinstall programs, can I get the older versions of Topaz AI for video or for installs on other hard drives, are upgrades my only route if I want to use it at all? Are my legacy versions gone? Like, for my NLE, I can always access and install legacy versions. Does Topaz labs have this option?
Hi.
Yes you still have access to the previous versions you owned, simply Login to your Account and download it from the My Products page.
Hope this helps
