Kicks an error saying that it is unsupported file format but if I move the files locally, it works as expected. This wasn’t a problem but you guys have had network share issues in the past that were resolved but it’s back in this version.
Yes, we are aware of issues with networked drives and file paths that is being looked into by the dev team.
For now, the recommendation is to move any files for processing to a local drive first and then move back for archive and storage after processing.
