Large Pano created 3.87G - how to denoise w topaz?

Hello I have stitched together a pano - from raw nikon files = size : 3.87G or 54000px x 5714px

It is saved as a PSB file in Photoshop, coming through lightroom.

Denoise version installed is v3.2.0
I have a macOS Catalina v10.15.5

I can’t save this file as a tiff, it is too large.

How do I denoise this with Topaz Denoise?

I didnt want to save to jpeg and denoise - all my information wouldnt be there, or less information I thought.

So I divided the pano into sections - and denoised each section.

it worked - although not very sophisticated.
