Laptop Gpu Not Working

so i have this program on my laptop and when i go to enhance a short clip using gpu it just says error after 2seconds or so im using a gtx 1650 ti 4gb

if i use intel it works find but upscale 720x576p 4mins of video to 1080p can take like an hr or so

what can i try to get the gpu working

The only possible thing I can think of is to turn the Max Memory % down all the way.

Sadly, it not working well on a laptop, is kind of expected. The minimum laptop GPU I would expect it to do okay on for DVD to FHD is an RTX 3070.
