Can you send the logs from the app and your full system profile report to the support team at help@topazlabs.com so we can review what is going on?
How To Obtain Your System Profile (Windows)
To gather logs, please select Help > Logging > Get Logs for Support and attach the zip file to your reply.
Here is a video to help with the steps of how to collect the logs.
This sounds like maybe a power/temp or memory spike is triggering an issue on the system.
I’d start looking at the potential PSU problem.
I had the same issues with 5070Ti and 700 Wt Corsair PSU without 12vhpwr connection.
After undervolting (0,850 v @ 2790 MHz) the issues were gone.
Sorry Kyle, was not ignoring you. After I sent my message for help, I got a win 11 insider update. So that took about 2 hours to update. So I then went and checked everything else again another 3 hours. So before starting Topaz Video AI. Something said check drive C again for the 3rd time, so I did and it needed repairing this time. Did that and started. So far it’s a ten hours according to the screen, about five hours into it everything was working well. Then ffmpeg error, thank goodness you have built in recoverable. So I have five hours to go here’s hoping. I will update you when completed. If it fails I will send the info you requested. I did not want to waist your time if the problem was my end that’s why I did not send the log’s right away. So either win 11 update has fixed it or repairing the Nvme m.2. It’s not the time to be purchasing a new one, so I will rob one from one of my enclosures after this test. Oh I got my new power supply ASUS 1200w so no need to in worry about that. I really do appreciate your help let’s hope it carries on without a hitch, from clicking recover. I will keep you posted. As always my very warm regards William.
