Keep getting Model_inference_error on starlite mini and starlite sharp via the Topaz app UI. May attempts using shorter and shorter samples. My last Id is 019c8250-3878-7518-9302-d14060f3a609. Any suggestions to get this to work?
That usually points to an issue with the source file not being able to be read by the model in the cloud.
Can you pull the logs and send to the support team for further review? help@topazlabs.com
To gather logs, please select Help > Logging > Get Logs for Support and attach the zip file to your reply.

Don’t know if this has been addressed (starlight on cloud, upscale 1080 to 4k), but getting the same model inference error. Not sure if is related to the files since some of them work after multiple attempts. My last one: 019ce197-b082-737f-afc8-63dc62f55b86
adding to the symptoms list: sometimes it works but the resulting file is corrupted. in my case is a flickering half screen grey. ver 1.2.1
Just an update. I tried other video files which worked fine. Not sure how the first one was “corrupted” since it works fine in video editors and viewers.
The team is working on the grey flickering issue at this time.
