After upgrading to the latest 7.1.4 no video would convert, none. I just uninstalled and reinstalled 6. This happened twice. Running 13th Gen core i9-13900K GTX 5070 GC. 64RAM.
I’d suggest contacting Topaz support directly about this rather than hoping for a useful response in the forum. They will instruct you to upload a log file and offer suggestions to assist you.
If you settle for using 6 while qualified to run 7, you are missing out on a lot of exciting changes and functionality. Get what you paid for!
Which changes and functionalities? Just updated from 6 to 7 and I can’t see any changes. Same interface, same models, nothing new. But still the same bugs…
From the update button at the top of the app. I don’t know why these people who make these programs always seem to ruin a good app. That’s working fine by changing it too much and then it doesn’t work for a lot of people.
