Did you check you spam folders? That’s where I found my info.
No it’s not in the spam folder, but i also didnt had the option to make an account while paying?
Made an account afterwards…
If its the password you need what I did was the “forgot password” link and created a new password. The next day I saw that my info went to spam folder. You could also contact support. Hope this helps.
Same happened to me ordering denoise. My bank account shows I payed but Topaz can’t find my order. It’s not very satisfying to “just wait a few days” because you used IDeal PayPal to pay.
