Just upgraded to Gigapixel 7 and all it says is Scanning on all options. All I see is it scanning the images and left it on for hours and stayed like that. No matter if I use the text and shapes or any other option.
Same here, just purchased the product and it stays on Scanning forever.
Could I have you two list your system specs? This is what I’ll need specifically: CPU, GPU, RAM, and VRAM.
Please confirm that you’re on the most recent version of Gigapixel, v7.1.3.
I am having the same issue with Gigapixel 7.2

MacPro 2019 running Big Sur 11.7.10
Xeon W 16-core 3.2 GHZ
192 GB RAM
