I download the apps that I purchased, 1st app (JPEG to RAW) I opened asked for my user name and password, it accepted it, but when I try this step on other apps, they tell me my user name or password incorrect, I uninstalled/reinstalled Apps, turned off my firewall, and added Topaz Website as a secure site, I’m still getting same message. Using Windows
