Since the last upgrade, there is this message:
The following files could not be loaded. Please ensure they are valid video or image files, or convert your file to one of our supported types.
You can find a full list of supported file types at our website:
file:***********/DJI_20260523092237_0007_D.MP4
But it’s a supported formats and before the upgrade, no problems…
I tried to unistall and install again but no progress.

Can you send the logs to the support team at help@topazlabs.com? We are looking into reports like this, where the video file is not the actual issue but its a file path issue that is being incorrectly reported with the error message. We are having the devs look into the logs to get this patched.
To gather logs, please select Help > Logging > Get Logs for Support and attach the zip file to your reply.
