Close - but no cigar.

The Artemis Low Quality setting provided the best image, but it is too fuzzy to decipher the words.

It did, however, do a good job, based on the video provided.

With the way AI works, the only way it would be possible to get the bottle labels to be readable, is if they used this exact movie as a model training source and they were readable in that source.
If they used several other similar clips with readable labels as the training source, the AI might put letters on the labels in your clip, but they would be from those source clips. So, you might get excited that you can now read it, but you wouldn’t be reading the actual bottle labels.
