Is it best to upscale in Topaz Photo AI before or after I make a composite of images

Hi,
I am about to make a large composite of Midjourney Images to produce a work of approx 4x3feet. Am I best to upscale each image beforehand or wait until I have finished the composite and upscale the image then?

It would be recommended to upscale each image individually and then use those images to create your composite image.
