I’ve been trying all day to upscale with Astra Starlight online. But for some reason it just won’t do it. It starts and a second later it conks out. Is anyone else having this issue. It was fine a couple of days ago.
There were a few moments yesterday where Astra was not working and the devs were working on getting it back up and processing. If you are still seeing errors with the model and Astra, please email the support team at help@topazlabs.com so the web team can assist.
Thanks. I figured out what the problem was. In order to save time on a 90 second edit a while back, I just brought in the entire cut and upscaled 20 seconds at a time. So this time I did it with a longer clip (3:30) and it just wouldn’t take. Just conked out as soon it began. So I brought it in chunks and that seemed to do the trick.
