I have tried to convert a file to 60 fps and is has failed on 3 different PCs. It always fails after a few minutes. This was not a problem converting to 30 fps on the old version because I just upgraded. I even reencoded the source to make sure it was not broken even though both version look perfect and both encode in Chronos perfectly

It is definitely broken. Please fix this. Any video to 60 fps plus GAIA upscale to 4K fails every time.

The exited code you shared is a memory error that usually relates to your GPU running out of VRAM. Aion is a very memory heavy model and can experience issues when trying to run paired with another model if you do not have enough VRAM.

I have tried with a 4070 Super, a 4070 TI and a RTX 3080 10G. Is 12GB not enough?
So I just ran it again on the 4070 Super to monitor VRAM and it never goes above 48%. There must be a problem on the TOPAZ side allocating the memory properly if it is in fact running out of memory.
I ran AION 50 fps without upscaling and it completed fine at ProRes HQ quality. This doesn’t answer the question why it would run out of memory when it is only using half of what is available. Hope you all will look into that.
Are you able to share all of the logs from these tests for the team to review? The successful run as well as the errors?
There is a ticket in for AION issues that the team is reviewing and I am collecting logs for them to look at in all situations to see what is going on.
I did attach the logs for the failure above. I will try to send more when I get home.
