Newbie wonders about PAL conversion

1st of all we need to determine what is the real FPS the video is storing in it’s metadata info and we need to see rather it is interlaced or progressive scan. Download and Install MediaInfo tool. after installation right click on the video and select MediaInfo [image] and post here what is the reported FPS and the scan type [image]
