I’m finding I get inconsistent results when using the new Starlight Precise 2.5 via cloud processing.
4 files, all 1440 x 1080. The resulting files after Starlight processing have come out 1440x810, and 3 of them 1920 x 1080.
All 4 files I had the Output Resolution set at 1440 x 1080
Can you share your app’s logs or the request ID numbers?
To gather logs, please open the app and select Help > Logging > Get Logs for Support and attach the zip file to your reply.
To grab the request ID # click on the 3 dot menu item to copy it

This is a job I’ve just done now and it has outputted at 1440x810 when the original file being worked on is 1440 x1080
