In/out points with SLP-2.5 and Hyp-2 fails

I have a longer file, where there was an issue with the end of it.
When trying to reprocess, after a lot of waiting, I get an error.
I have saved the logs for support.

I think i might be having the same issue. i was previously able to render 30 sec-2min increments of a video but now it produces an error every time ,and doesn’t appear to get past the loading stage. this only occurs with starlight precise 2.5

Thank you @erikkeskinen

I can confirm that my problem also appeared when using the starlight precise 2.5 model.

Adding that the Starlight have done the most impressive sharpening that I have seen in a long time - it was a 14 min video that took 18 hours of processing on my local PC using NVidia RTX-5090.

I have error log, and happy to share with Topaz.

yea the results when they work are crazy good. not sure why it suddenly stopped working but was able to get through many 30sec , up to 2min, cuts of video until recently. i’m using a mobile 5070ti so i unfortunately need to cut them up. i suppose i could just use a separate program and try that until then.

If you are using in/out points with slp-2.5 or hyp-2 this is a current known issue at this time. You will need to export the entire clip or bring in a trimmed clip into the app.
