In Cloud Export, if you specify “Letterbox/Pillarbox” as the crop setting, it will actually be processed as “Crop to fill,” and if you specify “Crop to fill,” it will actually be processed as “Letterbox/Pillarbox.” The notation of the setting item and the actual processing are reversed. Local export processes them correctly.

Are you still seeing this issue and if so, can you send the support team the logs from the app to review?
Have not gotten any other reports of this issue nor have I been able to replicate it in various tests.
