Which program is it that creates a cartoon touch to a photo. I use to use it all the time. Thanks, for any replies

That sounds like Topaz Impression, which was rolled into Studio 2 as a filter. Just open your photo in Studio 2, click “Filters,” and scroll down to Impression — you’ll find all the painterly and cartoon-style effects there. :artist_palette:

I had the whole topaz package but it doesn’t seem to work or even load
on my new MacBook Pro

I also have the dmg but it says when installing it’s not writable ??? Apple ID alias problem?
