I can't quit Topaz Video without it freezing EVERY time

This has become so annoying now. I run Topaz Video on a very high spec computer :-
Intel(R) Core™ Ultra 9 285K (3.70 GHz), 64GB RAM, Nvidia 5090 32GB Graphics card

After every session i try to quit and the application just stays on screen and becomes unusable. I have to manually kill it everytime. When restarted it works fine.

I have tried a complete uninstall, including removing registry entries and %appdata information but it does not fix it. I also have Da Vinci Resolve on my computer and use the two apps in parallel but I have never used the plug-in for Resolve.

With every new version I have hoped this problem would be fixed, so now I have to try to find a solution with your help.

I have sent log files via support chat

UPDATE:- After receiving a support response today from Kyle B, I took note that he said that the crash involved the app struggling to rebuild filepaths. As I have got into the habit of upscaling from files on my NAS, I decided to copy files to my local NVME SSD. Now the app closes down normally every time whether I use file-quit or the X.
