I can't log into my account to use the licensed product

I purchased Topaz Video AI and downloaded the latest version, but when I log in using my email, it doesn’t go through. It’s refusing to acknowledge that my email has a valid license. Any solution around this? Thank you!

Thank you for sharing this! I sent them an email along with the logs. Hopefully they’ll respond soon. It’s certainly an annoying issue, especially when you have a project with a tight deadline.
