Which version of the app have you downloaded onto your system for use?
Does your system have any connection blocker apps, anti-virus apps, VPN connections or strict firewalls setup that could be causing inteference with the authentication process?
When you have the app open, can grab the logs from the app and a screenshot to send to the support team so we can try and assist and get you into the app? help@topazlabs.com
To gather logs, please select Help > Logging > Get Logs for Support and attach the zip file to your reply.
