At this time the stabilization model has a bug in v6.2.0 causing it to not be able to be pre-downloaded using the model manager.
Are the other models able to be downloaded? Can you share the app’s logs?
To gather logs, please select Help > Logging > Get Logs for Support and attach the zip file to your reply.
