“How to set up AI video submission to Adobe Stock”

I need some help. I’ve been using Topaz Video AI to upscale videos for submission to Adobe Stock, but they keep getting rejected. Could you guide me on how to set the correct settings to upscale videos generated from Runway from 1280x720 to 4K, so that they can be successfully submitted and approved for sale on Adobe Stock?
You might be oversimplifying your situation, as there could be a number of reasons why Adobe Stock is rejecting your submissions.
From their video guidelines:

Don’t: Up-res footage — for example, from HD to 4K. Submit footage as shot or smaller, if necessary.
So upscaling seems to be a no-no.
They also have alot of requirements regarding generative AI content, which, I presume, is what Runway creates. It might be better to ask questions on the Adobe forums.
