Hi, I’m using Topaz Video AI version 3.5.4 and there are no options for me to select the number of GPUs in the processing tab, is this normal?

Yes I am on Apple M1 Max with a 32 core GPU configuration. Is there any way that I can bring up the fps for my processing? It’s always around 1.x fps. Thanks!
To know if those speeds are OK we’d need to know more about the upscaling process: input-/output resolution, used models,…
I’m not sure how to check on the input video resolution but for the output I use 2x upscale with the IrisV1 low quality model selected and with Motion deblur.
OK, Iris 2x is ridiculously slow on Apple Silicon since quite a few weeks (since roughly 3.5.1) - but all mentions of that here either get ignored or declined by the staff.
Maybe they don’t want MacOS customers
