My years licence has run out and I have been put back on a trial for Topaz Sharpen. How do I go back to my last version that isn’t a trial? How can I see this info? I’ve tried rolling back. to the previous version via downloads but still trial.
I can open a ticket, but thought I would ask here first. There’s a few similar topics, but not the same.
Your first year of paid license should not expire…only your access to subsequent versions AFTER the first year. The first year is perpetual (forever); whatever the version at the end of your year.
So, something must be wrong with your login that checks your access.
My guess is that you will need to contact support.
