How the hells do one get support from these people?!, I have been trying to find a way to chat with someone about a process error but all I get is this super disorganized message board that belongs to a kids free board site.
On Video AI there is no “Contact Support” file menu which is compulsory for products being sold in Europe.
Does anyone have the support number for Topaz or email that is actually monitored?

I had the same complaint and eventually discovered that my VPN was blocking the icon at the bottom right of the support page.
Disabling the VPN sorted it.
