How to Clear or Reset the Export Queue on Windows After a Crash

Hello.

I have been using Topaz Video AI 5.0.4 for a few years now. Today I loaded up several imported DVDs, set them to upscale to 1080p, and when I hit the export button the application crashed. Unfortunately, every time I restart the program all of the files from the session reloads and the application crashes again before I can clear the export queue.

Is there a file that I can delete (on Windows 11) that will allow the program to start without all the previously loaded files?

I found a solution. I just moved the input files to a new directory and the disappeared from the sources list, allowing the program to start.

Hi Dan,

If you run into this again, you can delete the existing project file to start fresh.

By default they are located in:

Win: C:\Users\Owner\Documents\Topaz Video Projects
Mac: Documents > Topaz Video Projects
