I have renewed my license for your product but still get expired license error. Multiple e-mails to help does nothing except send the same automated message. Its been a few weeks now since I purchased something I can’t use. Is there anyone here that can actually help with account problems or do I just give up and move on to other software?

Nowhere in your link is there any CHAT button. the link you gave leads to a page that has generic questions and answers.
There should be a speech balloon button in the bottom right corner of the page.
I successfully used the email address email@example.com for support last month.
I have sent my request to firstname.lastname@example.org. How long did it take for them to respond to you?
