I have already applied 2x of removing noise and upscaling. And still there is this some kind of motion blur. Can someone help me fix it?
You need to apply Sharpen, try different settings, there is one for motion blur.
thanks but I already tried applying Sharpen too nothing worked so far.
Are you just doing the autopilot sharpen or actually going into the settings?
There is only so much software can do.
I find Sharpen AI more effective than PAI sharpen.
Doesn’t seem to be any motion blur there. That looks like a DOF issue, was it shot with a wide aperture (low F stop)?

Exactly what I was thinking. The focus point obviously was on the dogs face making the nearer girls face unsharp due to DOF effects.
And this “blurriness” is quite hard to defeat afterwards.
And maybe it would help to NOT use face detection/recovery as tends to additionally smooth out skin details.
Well actually this was taken via a screen grab on a video. This frame is what we needed, we tried different frames but this is cleanest shot we can use.
