Can you identify where hidden or temporary files are placed - the install log lists /private/var/folders - what is in them and how are they accessed?
Did you ever find out?
Use regedit and head to:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Topaz Labs LLC\Topaz Video AI
there you can find all the folders being used including Logs.
you can also change them by editing the registry values
