Help with stabilization

Hello,

Could anyone help me or direct me into making my videos more stable and removing the random blurs?

I’ve been playing with so many settings the past few days and I can figure out how to make my clip less “wavy” like. I’ve been shooting on a gimbal too but it the video looks like I’m shooting from a boat on the sea

idk how to share videos on here, I can send it to anyone willing to help.

Thanks in advance!

If you want you can send an email to the support team at help@topazlabs.com and they can run some tests on the clip for you.

Here is a google drive link: Dejan S4 01 280724_stab_chr2.mp4 - Google Drive

Thanks!

I’ll send them an email. I also attached a google drive link to the trend. Thanks

Yeah I was using a gimbal to help with shakiness. What irritates me more is the wavy like movement. I appreciate the help!

Yeah I’ll play around with it more and se if single file stabilizing will help. Or I’ll go back and learn to film better

Kyle is also looking into it right now so I’ll see if he can get any insight.

Thanks for the help!!

hi, which gimbal did you use? There are a few methods to film with as little shaking as possible, for example, not doing the ninja walk, that’s

I use the DJI Osmo mobile 6. I try my best to do a steady walk while filming, but I guess not steady enough!

oh I just bought it too to film with my one plus 8 pro, and I noticed that too, there are still slight shakes, it’s not super stable.

Yeah, but from what I can tell it’s one of the best for stabile phone recording. So I guess learn to moonwalk or invest in a full camera/gimbal setup.

Gimbals can also introduce wobble and side effects when trying to stabilize the footage depending on how they are held and how the operator moves, and these side effects can be difficult to remove in post and become more evident when doing quick cuts or slow motion.
