GUI Right panel bugs

[If you are posting a new bug, please include the following]

1. The bug / behavior you have encountered
   The Presets panel lower half is overlapped by the Filter panel and therefore not fully accessible.
   The Filter panel is in the List mode and I cannot find a way to change it into the graphic mode with buttons.

2. Your system profile: is contained in next log file. Described bug is present on both my HD and QHD monitor.
