GPU utilization hits max 10% while CPU goes to 90%

AMD 5900HX
NVIDIA RTX 3080 16GB
64GB DDR4
NVME

TopazAI latest v3.3.4

“Taskmangler” shows:

~80% CPU exporting. GPU ~0-10%, but generally ~3%.
GPU memory ~1/2GB.

GPU-Z v2.54.0 shows:

~54-97% GPU
GPU Memory 1997MB steady
Memory controller load ~18-35%.

Conclusion seems Taskmangler doesn’t properly work w/AI. I’ll test Stability AI values in GPU-Z to see if other AI holds same resolve.

Please try other-than-taskmgr and report findings.

On my MacStudio, it’s the other way round. GPU used to the max but CPU mostly unused.

Obviously, under low resolution enhancement conditions, your TVAI speed bottleneck mainly comes from insufficient memory bandwidth.
