I currently have the latest version of Video Enhance Ai installed on a windows 2019 Server. When i try to open VEAI it automatically quits… anyone can help?
I disabled windows defender and firewall completely as well.

Posting in one places is sufficient. I would check with support as I don’t think VM’s are supported.
Unfortunately VM’s aren’t supported (yet). If you were able to get a previous version to work and wanted to roll back to that you can find all previous versions in the release notes Product Releases - Topaz Discussion Forum
If you have physical hardware you’d like to try it out on, you can install on as many computers as you’d like as long as you aren’t logged in to more than two at a time 
Are VMs now officially supported for your products? I try to run Sharpen and would run also Gigapixel in an Google VM with Nvidia GPU.
That would be REALLY nice
