In Studio I use my Flower Power preset and a community preset I modified and renamed Flower Power Extra Saturated. These are both public. You may wish to mask some of the Smudge adjustment according to taste.
The matte border is a desaturated and extended version of the original which can be created in Studio using an Image Adjustment layer, but is a bit of a faff, so I have created a Photoshop action that works better.
