I’ve been unable to download models on Topaz Video for the entire duration of my subscription. The model manager simply stalls and fails on 1/x (regardless of which model, one or many).
This would be entirely solved by just maintaining a single download page. I don’t see Topaz has created a wall, when it has been such a persistent problem. Models don’t download properly. Give us a link to do it ourselves.
Keep the model manager. Allow us to manage it manually. Empower your users. Solve problems.
