GigapixelAI, SharpenAi and DenoiseAI crashing after trying to import Image

Hi there I recently purchased the whole bundle of topaz but GigapixelAI, SharpenAi and DenoiseAI keeps craching after I try to import an image into it!

Weird thing is that Video AI and Photo AI are working!

120gig Ram

Thanks. Should be fine on that system. Mine is not so high spec and does not have any crashes. Gigapixel is a bit slow.

Do you have Topaz preference set to GPU rather than Auto? I found Auto often selected the CPU graphics.

What type of image is it?

Tried selecting gpu tried cpu tried everything.
Any type even the ones that you have as templates!
