I had Gigapixel when I bought the entire suite. About a year ago it just stopped working. Would not open at all no matter what I tried. So I got rid of it.
Now, I saw it has a bunch of new updates so I wanted to try it again. Downloaded the most recent version. Again, it will not open. I have all of my software updated. I have plenty of memory. I even tried running it as administrator. It does nothing.
I have seen a couple other people with this same issue but no fixes have been found.
